Our Returns Policy
Our team is committed to your success. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we accept returns for unused items in their original, uninstalled condition and original packaging within 30 days from purchase date.
How Supreme’s return shipping policy works
1. Our policy covers the cost of 1 return label per order. Customers are responsible for the cost of additional return labels for extra boxes.
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for orders shipped by pallet.
Our return shipping policy allows us to offer amazing prices to our customers. We always welcome you to contact our expert Customer Success team if you need help determining the right item for your need.
Return an item
1. Request a return by starting a return within 30 days of purchase.
2. Once your return request has been approved, Sunco will send you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
3. Please send your return item(s) to the address below:

4. Once your return item is received, we will process your return in accordance with our policies within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Request a replacement
Supreme Energy Technology Inc replaces defective or damaged items at no cost to you under our Product Warranty.
**We do not offer Refunds after the 30-day Return window closes.
